At AroCandle, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take great care in crafting each candle, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Return & Exchange Conditions

  • 🔄 Unboxing Video Required:
    To request a return or exchange, an unboxing video is mandatory. This helps us verify issues such as damage, wrong product, or defects.

  • ⏱ Timeframe:
    You must raise your return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange

  • Product received in damaged or broken condition

  • Wrong size, scent, or color delivered

  • Defective or poor-quality item

  • Mismatched or incorrect product received

⚠️ Exchange is only available for the same product in a different size, scent, or color, subject to availability. If not available, we will offer a refund.


Ineligible Return Conditions

Due to the handcrafted and scented nature of our candles, we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Slight color or scent variation

  • Personal dislike of fragrance after opening

  • Used, burned, or unboxed products

  • Return requests made after 7 days without valid proof

AroCandle reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions or lacks proper evidence (e.g., unboxing video).


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping (typically within 12–24 hours of placing the order).

  • To cancel, email us at support@arocandle.com as soon as possible.

  • If already paid, refunds are processed within 4–7 business days to your original payment method.


Received the Wrong Product?

If we sent you the wrong item:

  • We’ll schedule a free return pickup

  • Once verified (product unused, unburned, with all tags and invoice), we will resend the correct item or issue a full refund


Return Pickup & Shipping

No need to ship it yourself. We will coordinate a reverse pickup through our logistics partner, free of charge.


Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded as store credit, redeemable on your next purchase from AroCandle
